Composite flexible packaging materials
Aluminized film is a bright metallic film formed by evaporating high-purity aluminum wire at high temperature (1100~1200℃) through vacuum aluminizing process. When the plastic film passes through the vacuum evaporation chamber, the gaseous aluminum molecules are precipitated on the surface of the plastic film.
Aluminized film is a composite flexible packaging material formed by coating a very thin layer of metal aluminum on the surface of the plastic film using a special process. The most commonly used processing method is vacuum aluminizing, which is to melt and evaporate metal aluminum at high temperature under high vacuum, so that the aluminum vapor is precipitated and accumulated on the surface of the plastic film, so that the surface of the plastic film has a metallic luster. Because it has the characteristics of both plastic film and metal, it is a cheap, beautiful, excellent and practical packaging material.
