A hot stamping material made by directly rolling metal aluminum into thin sheets. Its hot stamping effect is similar to that of pure silver foil, so it is also called fake silver foil. Because aluminum is soft, ductile, and has a silvery white luster, if the rolled thin sheets are mounted on offset paper with sodium silicate and other materials to make aluminum foil, it can also be printed. However, aluminum foil itself is easy to oxidize and darken in color, and it will fade due to friction and touch, so it is not suitable for hot stamping on the covers of books and magazines that are to be preserved for a long time.
